i am having left lower abdominal pains which is also affecting my left hip and a back pain.?

what can help me to relife the pain and what is the cause

WOW! me too! lol sorry! anyway i find that when sleeping in bed to put a pillow under my back. also they have umm Therma car back straps which warms the back, that works for calming the muscles. also tynenol works, um i’ve tried a lot.. thats for ur back ur stomach drink some ginger ale, take some tynenol, for the stomach take a warm wash cloth and keep it on ur side also a thing called a warm water bottle can be bought @ CVS or walgreens.. okay I hope u feel better and if u find out a cause tell me bc its been a year for me and have no idea!! FEEL BETTER GOD BLESS
