While i was bending over i felt a snap at lower back left side. I feel pain while bending over. Whats wrong?

I was having a lower back pain that was already getting better. Until today when i was bending over, I felt a tiny snap at my lower back left side. Since then I felt great pain while bending over. Whats wrong? Help pls. Coult it b kidney related?

You could have just pulled something treat it with moist heat and see what happens if it still hurts in a couple of days go to your doctor and he or she will run tests and see whats wrong
